Working principle
The screw pump is a positive displacement pump, which uses the pump body andthe intermeshing screw stalks to separate the screw cavities into isolated cavitiesto separate the suction and discharge ports of the pump.
When the screw pump is working, the active screw rotates in a certain direction.and the driven screw also rotates accordingly. The cavity formed by the toothcavity at the suction point changes from small to large, absorbing liquid. When thecavity body increases to the maximum value, it is closed by the engaged teeth andtooth cavities. The oil in the closed cavity moves along the axial discharge end. Thevolume of the cavity at the discharge port gradually decreases to discharge theliquid.
